You can make something nice for cfl's real cheap and easy.Go to home depot, walmart, etc and grab some power strips that you can plug multiple plugs in,zip ties and a bunch of these b2f2a646-ed67-42bb-91b6-c6306370bcaa_400.jpg

You'll need a piece of relective metal to.
ziptie your power strips to the side of the metal thats most reflective and plug them light sockets into the power strips, you might want to tape them in cause there gonna fall out once you hang it up.

Back when I made one I used 4 power strips on each piece of metal,I could fit 3 lights on each strip so I had 12 cfl's on each piece of metal.
I love them light sockets you can plug straight into the power outlets.I hope you get the idea, its real easy to make cfl fixtures just get creative with them light sockets. You would probably be better off with a 150w HPS though.

y splitters work well in those cheapie cfl light fixtures. i used to use 4 y splitters screwed into 4 outlet to socket adapters and 2 40w cfls in each y splitter plugged into the strips. It was still well under all the safety stuff listed on all the pieces. had to get the 40w bulbs to fit 4 in each power strip, they were a bit smaller than the 42w and just barely fit. worked well though. I used liquid nails to attach 3 of those power strip fixtures to a piece of wood, making sure to give it plenty of time to dry and all. Worked out good.

Your plants look healthy. Need to see your light set up to make suggestions. Looks like you have a 100we over them now. If you get a 4 bathroom vanity fixture (Lowes/HD) you can kick it up
