Help, I need your input!

I'm having a few issues that I need help with. I have attached pictures of my little operation. To get you up to speed on where I'm at, below I wrote a paragraph explaining process's and information.
The plants are finishing up on the 5th week of vegetation and are finally showing signs of sex. All the males were removed to a separate room, so this is just a picture of the ladies. They are under 3 CFL lights at 2700k 45watt 2900lumens. They are in 10 litre pots with nature mix organic soil. I have added blood and bone meal last week in preparation for flowering. For a water source I use tap water, boil, sit it out for a night. Just recently in the past few weeks, I have decided to get a PH tester and PH correct tabs to lower the PH levels that the tap water put out. (You can examine this from the pictures attached, showing purple stems that are starting to clear up).
So, the issue I'm having now is the leaves are starting to fall off, shrivel and dry up. I attached more pictures, I have close ups of the ones that are having issues. If there are any suggestions or solutions, I will gladly be able to try it out. Any replies are greatly appreciated as it is my first grow .

KISS! Stick with what works, man. Before you knew the pH how were the plants? Why try to clear up purple stems without knowing if that is a specific trait of the strain you are growing? Looks like nitrogen deficiency.

The plants had yellow leaves and the purple stems, I thought it was an indication of PH lockout. So when I bought the PH tester, I tested the routine I had and it was 7.9. But I never thought as to if it is the strain trait, the strain is lemon ice mixed in with some free seeds that were part of a promotion. I appreciate the quick response!

why are you boiling your water? that will only make the dissolved solids increase as the water evaporates, just use tap water, ph test it and then give her a whirl. hopefully its not about the fertilizers you added.

I thought the chlorine levels in the tap water would damage the plants, so I boil a pot of water as a precaution. I'll try it out and see what results I come out with

Alux,there's really nothing u can do at this point.I recommend try collecting rain water(how to on youtube),or using spring water u don't have to worry about balancing ph.Looks like a nitrogen issue.water with nuetral ph'd water for a few weeks and see how it responds.remember to keep it simple.Nothing beats mother nature.good luck-

Chlorine does evaporate if sat out for a day...but its still there, i read somewhere on here that a guy worked at a water plant and said there are so many things in our water today that are unknown to us, scary but c'mon, it's like saying that there are more earthquakes and natural disasters now more than ever...no....its the fact that we are easily able to hear about these things and in a hasty manner (being informed) that means people worry. i feel like the TDS in water matters the most in hydro/aero systems...and during flushing. shit i like my water because its like 170 ppm..that just means i dont need to add cal-mag to any of my reservoirs...saves me a little $$$ just use reverse osmosis water during my flush im sure you'll be fine with just a good flush and just ph treated water for now. good luck!
