Maybe a thrip because of the oval shape? Check my other post on SMS 203 & PureCrop1. I took a picture of something similar with a Microscope.

Thank you. I did confirm yesterday that they are thrip.

I'm using captin Jack's Deadbug purchased in a concentrate form. Same stuff and so far I am finally seeing results. Actually see dead thrips which is a first. I'll probably treat for 2 weeks and put them into flower with Minute Pirate Bugshttps://hortnews.extension.iastate.edu/2017/10/minute-pirate-bugs-are-biting-argh
