help im need help

im new to this but i think i just killed my baby i have a closet set up using 400w hp sitting in 10ltr buckets could fit 3 buckets in but only got 2, i just finished flushing them cause i think i used too much nutes and moved my light up cause the leaves were curling and burnt,but as i was doing this i tried seperating or bending the two top buds to get more light in for the lower branches and one of top ones snapped the hairs were just going brown..i dont no wot to do? if there is any help

Damn, nute burn, light burn and a stem break. Thats a lot of mistakes. You might have a bad case of stress on your hands after all of that. Did the snapped stem break completely off? If not, try to splint it and hope for the best.

thanks 4 the advise, yea it was a clean break fromm the leaf off main stem at the top, when do u no to pull it out 4 harvest or can i clip the top buds and try to get brown hairs on the bottom buds?
