IMO they appear a bit burned by something that's being overdone.
In my hobby table I am using city water, and cheap $2C liquid fertilizer. The ph is deliberately being run at 6-6.5ph. The clones in this table are skyrocketing and are the proper shade of green. It's a veg and I am raising the 80 watts of daylight CFL's daily by 3-4 inches. There aren't any signs of deficiency and the clones are perfectly green.
At first I had some leaf problems(very similar) before I figured out this cheap chinese fertilizer.
