help,,,I've looked everywhere

Can any of you Awesome people help me with this,,?? I have 3 clones and the leaves start off really curled and weird looking...the mother had them too and was never a really thriving plant..but I assumed it was issues from her early days...my grow room is much more together now....they have only really started to do it since I put them in flower about 2 weeks ago...they are in soil and under a homemade led light and a 400 w HPS...
I have looked in a few leaf pages and threads and the closest thing I have found is some kind of tobacco disease,,but I haven't found pictures...any how here's some photos

just wondering. are these the first clones off the mother?

yep...1st and only off her...they are in small pots and I water every 3 or so days....when it feels dry....ok I'll make longer between watering...thankz :^)
