Your soil looks good but if your using something that come prefertilized like Ocean Forest from Fox Farm or Miracle Grow you will almost certainly burn your seedlings. FFOF and MG is too be used for somewhat mature plants due too the amendments already in the soil. (Don't use MG for Cannabis I was just giving a well known example) I always put my germinated seeds into Root Riot cubes and give them a half strength rooting hormone like GH RapidStart. I havent had a seedling die on me since I've started this method. They go under 2 T5 fluorescent fixtures then into the veg tent at two weeks. Also I grow soilless with Sunshine Mix #4 and that straight outta the bale with a little added dolomite lime and perlite does wonders for a fresh germinated seed. Good luck man keep us posted.
