Help leafs are turning yellow look at this pictures

The leafs are turning yellow and I dont why, I have taken some picture of my baby see if you can spot the problem. Could it be too much water? She has been growing for over 13 weeks and no buds yet, why? I dont know. Please help me out. thank you:peace:
I live in Southern California. I use STA-GREEN Vegetable and flower planting mix, it has slow release Nitrogen. What soil and furtilizer do you recomend to use. Thanks

Let the soil dry completely between waterings, Got some chew marks on the leaf there, leaf miner maybe? Assuming your in the us, outside that plant won't bloom for months, Read the GrowFAQ

Ionic Grow,Ionic Bloom and Boost is really good and ph adjusted if you mix it like they say.

botanicare works for me and i'm in soil. anything organic and for soil should be good. make sure it has calcium and magnesium .. foxfarms is apparently good as well. you should really poll the outdoor folks though, as my experience is limited to the indoor arena ..
