Help? Leaves Turning Yellow/OrangeyBrown. (Noob)

Hey im new to this site and new to Growing, Read a few tutorials on here but Fresh poster. I have two plants that have been growing very well. Except I woke up yesterday and they had leaves starting to turn Yellow were droopy, leaves are even going an Orange Brown color now. I assumed Heat stress? As I am not currently using any added Nutes. Will they be okay? If anyone can enlighten me id appreciate it thanks!

looks like youve been watering too much, do you cups have drain holes? how old are the plants? they could use some N so just feed them lightly

Thanks for the quick reply. They are around 3 weeks, at least the bigger one, the smaller is a little younger than that. And i do have drainage holes. Could the discoloration be from over watering?

yeah with the watering, don't do it every day, and once you put the plants in their permanent homes make sure you let them go without water a couple days. it forces the roots to search for more water, in turn making the plant have a stronger center.
