Help. Look likes i have root rot

Going to open up the lid I noticed a gasoline smell all the tubbing are slimy.

They plants dont look too bad. Opinion guy
Should I cut the bottom out and root them again or I should go ahead and transplants these or could I save them?

I found a small light leak and I didn't had enough sprayers and I should have put a air stone in my cloning system. But at the time I was out of money and been busy with work and renos

I'm dealing with a bit of root rot myself in soil. There was drooping and a funky ammonia/sour smell going on before I hit the soil with a 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water and just two days later the leaves perked up again and the soil smells neutral again. It works well in hydro as well from the research I've done online but I don't have experience with hydroponic growing.

whats the water temp that is probably why you have some rot going on.

A little bit of microbes added and an air stone would help. But mostly your water temp needs to stay in check.

And h2o2 can burn fine root hairs so be careful with that.

It does appear that you have early stages of RR.

Get a tall container and fill with ~ 3% H2O2

first rinse them under running aerated water, then soak them individually for 10-30 minutes, GENTLY run them through your figers, which will remove dead root matter, then rinse again, making sure to get into the net pot then return to rez

Speaking of which what is your method of providing nutes to the roots, what is the nute EC/PPM, pH, temp...
