Help me ( first timer )

Ok so I am new to all this and I may just be getting worried over nothing but I am wondering is my plant healthy, is it doing what it's supposed to be doing?

Here's a couple pics...

So there she is, hopefully Everything's okay and if All is good,
What should I be doing for her at this point.

Take better pics! Describe your setup, what are you feeding, your temps/humidity. We are not there with you and can't see what you see so you need to help us.

Hell even those of us who couldn't diagnose a fungus gnat definitely can't help when the pics are out of focus!

Basically I am just growing near my bedroom window naturally just fed with Distilled water but I am happy to change that if I can my plants get 12/12 and is planted in soil... Here's some better pics

Just to let you know I was given this plant about a week ago and I was told just to let it see the light for 12 hours and water it when soil got dry

It's only on that top bud that's actually got them 2 brownish patches but its just on them top three leaves not actually moved to the bud yet

I thought so. You have bud rot. Harvest now and get rid of all the brown parts. Save the rest. Go on, go cut it down.
Damn, those buds are so small too! It's a shame they rotted. I didn't think it was bud rot because they're so small and I've only ever seen it on huge outdoor colas...

Bud rot is from high moisture content in the buds yeah? I wonder how high the humidity is for it to happen to those small buds.

I'm hanging out in the newbie section trying to help as much as I can and I'm also learning while I'm at it, as you can tell, lol!
