listen yo this is the law, ive watched many shows about this type of shit. they can advertise the sale to you with a reasonable price, if you buy your fault, they can do whatever.

BUT

If they advertise with RIDICULOUS deals, such as $60 for an ounce, and you buy it.
That is entrapment, because he was offering such a deal, you couldnt refuse. catch my drift?

that was the words from the cops themselves off a REAL crime show. but if they are offering it at regular price, fair game.

cause this is how it flies in court

we offered him $180 an ounce, he decided to buy, and we arrest him with the purchase. This is a regular price, meaning he was intent on buying the marijuana no matter what.

we offered him $60 an ounce, you turn around and declare you bought it for personal use for pain or something, and the only reason you bought it was because it was a ridiculous deal you didnt want to pass on.You did something different from your regular routine just because of the sheer deal on it. not sure about all the legal lingo and shit u gotta throw out but thats what a lawyer is for, and the cop gets in shit for entrapment.


Best thing to do would be just spread the word around. cops have authority to pose as drug dealers, make sales to bust you, but they cant let you get away with the drugs. They also cant give such a ridiculous price, that you are tempted to buy it. thats entrapment.

spend 20 bucks and reverse id the number, get the address and real name... call the cops and tell them you spotted them selling near his home area...
