Help me grow some DANK! (19 plants, Indoor)

Hey, my name is Penguin! I have a several grows under my belt, however, I haven't yielded the greatest product quite yet, so I've decided to create this journal to gain from others' experience. So please, HELP! :-)

Anywho, let me tell you a little about my set up. I currently have 19 plants that are all about 60 days old(from the day they were cut). They're all in 3 gal. pots ATM, in Fox Farm's Happy Frog Soil, w/ no additives. I don't know the strain, the clones came from a plant I grew from bag seed. Seems predominantly Indica. I keep them outside as often as possible to save on electricity, but at night I keep them under a 600W HPS, until 2 a.m. So basically they're on an 16/8 light cycle, as I usually take them outside around 10 a.m. I haven't fed them anything at all, just RO water so far.

I've already run into quite a few problems. They all became infected with powdery mildew from their mother. I also spotted quite a few rose aphids. The mother is gone now, and I've sprayed them all with Neem and SM-90 since then. Not only that, I left them under the care of my roommate for a couple weeks, because I thought she was semi-competent, and when I came back they were flowering :\ she had'nt been putting them under the 600W at night. She then decided to cut off all the flower growth, and in doing so cut off every branch, leaving no leads :x

I'd appreciate any input guys! Ill try to post often, with lots of pics! I'll start with some off my phone, but I'll be sure to steal my girlfriends Canon Rebel too ha.

A lot of the leaves got burned from the Neem/SM-90^^

I would veg another 4 weeks then put half of them under the 600 on 12/12 and leave half outside. Use the results as a learning experience.

I was thinking of doing some outdoor this time around, although I've never done it before. I was thinking of just digging decent sized holes and filling them with miracle grow potting soil, or something relatively cheap. I also have a 1000W and another 600W if I choose to do them all indoor. At some point I also need to build a separate room in my garage that I can use as a flowering room...I had been using a tent, but it fell apart on me.

hey wassup bro if your going to pput them out side i would use roots organic even tho its alitle hot right it would be perfect cuz you wouldnt need to add anynutes at all just ro water. i also agree veg them for 4 more weeks. i haave a suggestion if you want to take it cool if not thats col to no hard feelings but i would use lemon water to spray the plants to get ride of mite and bus and mold its also prevents it from happenign its a good organic way to do it and cheap. it really dose work.

Well If Put any outside I want to put them directly in the ground, not in pots. I don't think the soil in my backyard is very fertile though, so I would have to probably buy some potting soil, and I'd need quite a bit for 9 0r 10 outdoor plants. I don't know if I could afford roots, Id prefer something cheaper. As far as spraying them, everything seems to be annihilated already. I was gonna spray again in a couple weeks though just as a further preventative though. I appreciate the input guys. :]
