I will gladly send 1000 cash toward a lawyer, hes going to need a good one, fuck federal assholes fdd doesnt deserve this and neither does his wife
 
sounds pretty half asssed on their behalf. lets just hope he had what he was allowed to have at home.

if its feds, medical will not protect him. right now the first and best thing he needs is a lawyer. Ill be checking regularly for a donation option because we need to help this guy get a legal defense up, also out of jail if hes having medical issues. I know first hand the stress of facing federal charges and it can be enough to kill someone who is already in bad shape. shit it kept me up for days to the point i was hallucinating from sleep deprivation but i still wasn't tired
 
pardon my ignorance im not from the us,
so you have state that says you can legally grow x amout and posess x amount,
but then in the same breath have federal that says no you cant?
lol would be nice to see state aresting federal for breaking and entering a (in their eyes) "legal grow"

i suppose it looks incredibly stupid from an outside point of view. yes we have a fucked system. some states let people grow but the government as a whole says it is illegal. the feds can come in and bully around anyone even if they are 100% state legal, being medically legal is a great thing to protect you from state interference but you still want to treat what your doing as completely illegal and stay off the feds radar. this is why i live in an underground bunker and dress in tinfoil
 
I hope the best for the guy. Shitty that he got busted the way he did.

so wouldnt it be possible to play the two authorities off each other?
ie getting busted and say i was given permission by state to do it, and with out that permission i wouldnt have done it?
im sure there is a case there somewhere.

if only it were so easy. even though the states are supposed to be allowed to set their own legislation "federal law trumps state law"
