The suspense is killing me , nothing like what he is going through at all . I just want to hear some good news about FDD and have it be true . If he is being checked on by an attorney then that would be great and it would surely relieve us all a little .

The FBI have a Safe Streets program they are breaking down doors with. This is just the start of his problems, they will seize his assetts next. Hard to fight when they take all your shit. This just gets worse from here....don't wish this on anyone.

So me not supporting him if he ended up conspiring to sell big time make me in the wrong? Guess what. He is a big boy and knew what the dangers were. I'm just sayin if he did go big time, it's his decision. Child molesters, murderers and rapists are people , should I try to save them also? I didn't in any way think of him as less than a person. Yea it's fucked if he got snookered into something but if he was trying to sell big time I have no pitty. Tone down the violins.
 
I hate to say this but FDD not only has helped alot of folks on here in the past.
Now with this happening to him will also give many of us that are part of this society another very important lesson.
I think it wise for every one here to put themselves in his shoes and watch whats going to happen to him in here as it might keep us from making the same mistake he did.
I'm sure Fdd would agree with me on this just from how I know him from here and what he says.

An example of how little it take to have a conspiracy.

Three people discuss going to Colorado and buying some mj. If one of the three were to buy an airline ticket to Colorado, then you have a fed case for conspiracy. In other words, if action proceeds a discussion, then a conspiracy has occured, whether a 'crime' has happened or not. Beware.

If people are on this thread and not down with the cause of ours and want to compare a fellow who has been with rapists and murderers ,
maybe there is another place for people like that . Cause this isnt it . The name of the thread isnt -bash and defame FDD its Help FDD . I happen to know what its like to be busted and thrown in jail . Its not funny . Right now I have to choose between money for food and money for a lawyer , because someone broke into my place and robbed me and then called the cops . At least I'm out on bond and can go make more to feed my family . This guy cant do shit , and its kickass to see a whole bunch of people doing what they can to help out .
 
i just checked online, he is still in FCI Pekin, no release date listed, status: in transit. are they moving him around again?

this SUCKS :(

Doublejj, it's a plant that would cost a lot of big industries a lot of money if it weren't demonized! Big Pharma would hit its knees if mmj hit mainstream, private prisons would be empty, drug testing alone is $10 billion/year, and on and on. Then it starts on the other side, money for criminal defense lawyers, fines, seizures.

This is all about money. Over a plant that has never killed anybody and has helped so many through so much.
 
Why don't you all just settle down. My rapist analogy was from the action of me supporting someone who committed different crimes. I wasn't comparing FDD to a rapist.

Him selling huge quantities of weed, growing it under the cover of a medicinal license, I would hope is contrary to your "noble cause" . If he did, he has done us a disservice. So now , when it comes time to ammend prop 420 further, they can use this case against the cause. Just my opinion. Read my posts, if he got fucked, I'm 100% on his side. If he went for the TD, he's on his own. I don't think any less of him, he's human. But if you can't do the time.......

I don't think so. Since he hasn't been convicted in the courts his status would be transit. Pekin is a federal prison, not just a holding area.

I guess if the information is right he's in a whole load of trouble
weapons charges, stolen weapons, growing in a school district (big no no, they know he was not selling to the kids, but he will pay the price anyway) sending weed out of state (FBI), stealing power.

I think what happened is the locals went in there after surveillance was done and when they found the proof of weed being shipped out of state that made it Federal, hence the FBI and the big shit storm.

Do I have it right? If not what's incorrect?

We don't know anything for a fact until they file charges. Everything is speculation until then...and that's only one side of the story. Being arrested doesn't make you guilty.

Although now it makes a bunch more sense why you wanted to keep that stuff quiet. If that is really what the story is.
 
I'm pretty sure it's not the real story, fdd loved in Santa rosa... Part of Marin county, there is no holding center for federal charges in Marin other than San quinten (probably spelled that wrong sorry), which holds the bay area's worst of the worst. So being detained in alemeda county isn't too far fetched.

He could have also just met up with his "potential connect" in Oakland and that's how he got detained there.
 
Sheesh! The imaginative assumptions of some of you guys are amazing! None of the crap you're spouting is true.

He has not been charged, or even been before a judge. He has not talked to a PD yet either. When something new happens, I will tell you. I am not holding anything back, both fdd and his wife have told me everything they know.

And for the others arrested, we don't know the last name of KMK or his girlfriend, only first names so we can't find anything about them.
