The DC medical marijuana program forced the Feds to pass something that forces the feds to respect state MMJ laws. Not sure if they'll actually respect that, but I hope they will

I don't know if he is guilty of anything.
I only think he should be free on bail until he has been convicted of a crime!
He is "Not Guilty" as far as I'm concerned. If and when that changes, I may change my position.
Right now he's being railroaded! He hasn't been convicted of anything that I know of!

Im pretty sure we are not getting the entire program, or situation.
Fed cases involve NO bonds quite often.
Especially when flight risks are possible.
AGAIN NO ONE HERE KNOWS WHAT HE IS IN FOR....
Statements like they only searched his garage are not creditable.
i believe there is still alot of mis information floating around

this is an abnormal situation.... its almost a patriot act sort of BS where you're ass is extreme rendition to some place..

SECONDED! Three people have been "missing" for what? 21 days or so? Without being arraigned or charged, to our knowledge. Sadly, we have front row seats for what's happening in our country. I believe it used to be the cops could hold somebody 72 hours before they had to charge them with a crime or cut them loose. We now have unlimited detainment, people! This can happen to YOU. You don't have to do a hell of a lot to make it happen, either. Remember a few years ago when the couple were wearing anti-Bush t-shirts and got scooped up and booked? (They eventually got $75k, but FDD, KMK & gf sure as hell won't)
Please, anyone who knows these folks, call your politicians every day....twice a day....put the pressure on. If I knew their names, I'd be calling mine. This isn't Peru, it isn't Chili, it isn't China, it isn't Nicaragua (to list a few countries I was afraid I wasn't getting out of). This is the United States of America and three American citizens are missing in our prison system, not charged with a crime.
If that doesn't PISS YOU OFF to the point you are in a white hot rage, you aren't paying attention.

Very easy to do if you maintain a regular relationship with them over matters of interest to you. In addition to environmental and safety activities, all my elected representatives know I am an advocate for medical marijuana. Most agree with me (including a Rep. former sheriff), a couple don't, including the most liberal Dem we've got. One that doesn't would be all over detainment without charges, however!
The system only works when it's used.

Cool sounds like a coincedence but here in Maine we also have a former sheriff who is a state rep and an advocate for mmj.

Cops have seen it all. There are no stoner tanks. Former SEA PD chief Norm Stamper is doing great work with LEAP. Nice to sanity on both coasts....now let's meet in the middle, say Illinois?
