Help me please. Plant problems

Ok let me give you guys a little background because this isn't my first grow.

I had a grow before that went very well. I had a tent and everything setup but I moved into a hard place and have been having a hard time putting my new setup into place because they still have work to with fixing up the house so people will be coming in and out. So I don't wanna put my setup back together yet, but I was already in the process of begging a plant before I moved.

Usually I have a MH and HPS for my grow. But since it's not setup I wanted to keep it low profile and just keep the plant alive using 2 CFL lights and then just transplant into a 5 gallon bucket when I put my setup together.

Right now it's in a 3 gallon pot. Problem is that the contractors have been taking too long to fix the place up so it's been there for weeks under the CFL. I don't wanna flip it to flower because the buds will be weak under those CFLs and it'll be a waste. Now I'm starting to see some signs of trouble and wanted to know what u all think because I can't properly diagnose it.

Most of the plant looks good but some are starting to curl and shrivel. No yellowing tho. Idk if it's because they need a larger pot now or if my soil ph is off or nute problems. The strain is jack herer. I recently broke my cfl bulbs (lamp tipped over) so I've been leaving it outside to get sunlight. And it rained on my plant once. I assume rain can't hurt that much tho since weed can grow outdoors.

Help me please

...your plant looks fine bro, a little overfed maybe but it seems otherwise healthy.

...and if you are holding off until the contractors are gone then i suggest you cut that plant back a fair bit as it will soon become unmanageable otherwise.

...and if you broke your light, go get another one, CFLs are cheap. ...and putting it outside exposes it to outdoor pests that you then can bring inside so it's not the rain you need to worry about.

...do NOT flip that baby until the contractors are gone or you are asking for trouble, better safe than sorry.

peace, bozo

Thanks I plan on buying more CFLs but I'm straight broke at the moment so it will be another week or so. I planned on just making this a mother plant and Tryna clone new ones so I could have new plants all starting at the same time without any additional expenses. I have rooting gel and I'm gonna try to plant them in light warrior starting soil.

I know now my plant seems overfed but I don't even feed them. And it's been in OF soil for over 6 weeks so I expected all the nutes to be gone. I think I got a bad batch of soil tho because the soil was wet in the bag when I got it. And when I water it it stays wet for a long time. Even over a week sometimes. So I water it like once a week with no nutes. I've never had that happen with FFOF before. I even flushed them and it still overferts! I think i have a real fragile strain of jack or something. I'll mix in the light warrior with the plant when I transplant it into a bigger pot so that it doesn't have all those nutes and doesn't hold water as long
