HELP ME PLEASE..plants dying

i have a few 5 day old sprouts and they are all starting to turn purple and wilting. i think they are dying but i dont know why they were green when they first started growing and suddenly changed to purple and some brown with a little bit of green. not all of them are like this just a select few. please help me


this is one of the better looking ones but is the stem is starting to turn purple also...

no drain holes they are only in those blue disposable party cups because thats what i planted them in to start out with. should i add drain holes? i water it with tap ater from my kitchen faucet but i let the water sit for ayleast 2 days to make sure any chlorine evaporates. i havent had a chance to get lights yet so they are living off window light from a 3 foot opening in the attic. i also have a fan blowing all fresh air at them all day if that helps any.

dude they need light. when theyre that young light is 90 percent of how they survive lol they stretch out and look for that shit. if there isn't any then they curl away and hate you forever

water is no good get a gallon from the store. there are things in tap that dont go away and the ph is more than likely to high i know mine is

alright thanks. im on house arrest so i dont thin ki can get to the store to get a gallon anytime soon. is there any other kind of water i could use? i have bottled spring water but other than that i think im fucked :cry:

o shit spring water ? thats perfect just a little every day till it gets stronger not wet moist there is a big difference
and the sun from the window is just fine for now just watch the hight so it dont fall over
