Help me please this is my first plant she is burnt

Help please I changed,the light cycle last night from 24 to 12/12 and I noticed a lil spotting on some of the bottom fan leafs then today this what do i do??

Did you move them under a higher wattage lamp? Kinda looks like heat stress to me, or a cal/magdef.

put in the shower or sink and flush the soil out (as long as its not m.g. time release soil), easy on the N now that ur at 12/12. Lower N higher P,K during flower
