Help me please

There are a lot of options . Maybe just go with your gut at this point. I get the feeling you want to give her more food, which makes total logical sense because you moved her into a bigger pot!
The whole feeding her three times a day might be optimal but who has the time to do that!

The EC is coming out lower than the input. But here's where it gets confusing because the green healthy plants it's going in at 1.0 EC and coming out at 0.5 EC. And the bigger plant with the problems is going in at 1.3 EC and coming out at 1.0 EC
That totally makes sense, the healthy plant is feeding normal. They other plant may have some sort of root issue, pH, disease, pests...etc.

Yeah mate, but you can buy it for pennies.

I'd just go to a garden centre, it's like a few quid for a massive bag that'll last ages.

Or, chemists usually sell it, just needs to be unscented though
I am using a HPS bulb, would it be fine to spray it directly onto the leaves? or would the light and the water on the leaves burn the plant? I could always add a bit to my feed so they get it through the roots instead?

You should probably do it as lights go out.

But the point of the foliar feed is to bypass the roots.

If you've got an imbalance at the roots that stops the uptake, the foliar feed eliminates that.

So if it improves from a foliar, it tells you you want more magnesium , then if you up it in the feed and it's not helping you know it's getting locked out.

It's also faster acting

If you're using a fully soluble salt-based nutrient you can foliar the main nutrient. Something mild in .3-.4 EC range.

The only problem with that is I have got the lights on 24/7 because I want faster growth.

maybe I could just run a load of nutrients like 10 or 20 liters through her to get rid of any possible lockout instead?

I totally get what you are saying though. If she doesn't get better in the next week or so I might have to reduce the light to 18/6 so I can give her a foliar feed and see if it helps with the issue.

This is an interesting fact I just have missed.
Are you crazy? lol
This presents issues for the rest of the girls if you decide to switch your lighting for this one sick girl.
When it comes to your lovely ladies you don’t want to be a tight wad. Get that liquid cal mag and mix it with her food.
