Help me please

Can anyone help me identify and destroy what is on the leaf of the first picture? i think the second picture is nute burn, or maybe a calcium deficiency?.... i have 12 plants under cfls- 2, 65watt 2700k, 2, 23watt 2700k and 2, 23watt 5500k, in scotts premium potting soil in the 3rd day of 12/12.... any advice would be appreciated

are you talking about the pubic hair ?

oh yea, and i havent watered in 2 days because after switching to 12/12 a cottonlike mold was growing on the soil

that hairy stuff on the edge of the leaf? thats from the q-tip dipped in alcohol, because i thought it looked like a mealy bug at first and the surface was really rough.....

does anyone know what that might be?
