Calcium Deficiencies Appear on New or Actively Growing Leaves

Calcium deficiencies tend to appear on newer or growing leaves, which means calcium deficiencies first appear on leaves where there's rapid vegetative growth.

Some of the most noticeable signs of a calcium deficiency will appear on newer or growing leaves which may display:

  • Dead spots
  • Crinkling
  • Spotting / Mottling
  • Small brown spots
  • Stunted growth
  • Small or distorted new leaves
  • Curled tips
  • Leaf die-off
  • Affected leaves may appear dark green besides the spots

I saw the very end of one tip that had very mild burn ,,that is from a week ago or more,,would not worry to much on that,,I found threw doing this 7-5-5 works great in vegg and 3-10-10 for flower,,look at the best nutrients on the market and they will be very close if not the same to those numbers,,,,,what is your strain ,,,that will tell you much about what that particular strain likes,,,I found with the Sour Diesel I grow it is a heavy feeder very much so in flower,,I was giving a 3-5-5 every 2-3 days and hitting heavy with a 3-10-10 every 2 weeks could not believe how much those plants were taking with out any bad signs,,,I would still go back to the keep it simple rule,,if you suspect it is Calcium make cow mag part of the diet maybe once a month more if you see more signs ,,but I stick with my lime,,I give 1 teaspoon mixed with 1 gallon of water,,I do that once a month and have never had a soil or PH problem or any bad effects ever,,That being said you can see where several made the statement to much is Bad,,Well I will go out on a limb and say they are right,,,and that can be said for water nutrients light ,CO2 or anything else,,,Too much of anything is not good,,,I have done much research over the years on not just cannabis but gardening farming different soils the needs of plants ,,,I found there was much more stable research,,that had been done and studies done for the last hundred years,,some things go back 1,00 or better years like using milk as a calcium supplement,,Lot's of good info out there

now as for your plant I would feed the cow mag as you have it or invest in a small container lime,,and not worry bout it anymore,,,the brown spots on the leaves will not fade or go away,,in the next week or two you will just watch for more ,,but they won't come if you correct now,,my 2 cents
