Help me pls. 2x125w Dual CFL + 4x40w CFL

Hi All.
In the past days im read all the forums about indoor growing, and i have a complete plan but in lights im need some answer to my questions.
First of all im not newbie in lumens, lights types etc.
I want grow 4 plants in a stealth box 60x60x180 with CFL lights. I have 2 CFL reflector, im gonna buy 2x125W Dual (6400k/2700k) E40 grow CFL for the top of the box

+ 4x40W Cheap E27 CFL lights (4x40W 6400k for veg and 4x40W 2700k for flowering).

This gona be work? I mean i dont know why some CFL so cheap and why some expensive. (in same W and lumen stb.)

Yes. You can grow some large mothers in a closet of that size.
Quality is the answer. Also, some pay for Brand names.
