Like Jacob said. Make sure the Potentiometer wires of driver are not short. If you did not put 10K ohm in series then make sure pot not at min. or try removing the potentiometer.I have 4 more. I was going to build 2 lights. If one of the cobs doesn't work does it make the rest not work? Can I just hook one cob to the driver to see if it works? They don't looked damage. I was going to put the other cobs on but that fucking thermal grease gets everywhere when you try to take one off. Can anyone suggest a thermal pad that's the same size 3590 cob?
I have never had a COB that did not work. If one of the LED in COB fails the other parallel strings should continue to work. Hooking up a single cob to driver is not good idea.
If you doubt that one of the cobs failed, with power OFF and unplugged I would short one cob at a time (so that voltage potential across it is 0), that means 3 still in series, then power it on. Then repeat with next cob and see if it lights up. Keep a minimum of 2 or 3 cobs on that driver. Also i would wait for a minute after power off and unplugged because drivers still hold slowly decreasing voltage on DC side even after power off.
Or just wait for multimeter.
I suspect foul play in your grow room.
