Help me! what is wrong with my girl?

Well question is in the title really here is a picture

And what do I do to cure these problems? Only the 1 plant of 6 is doing it.
 
any idea on this then, the new growth is the most effected the older growth is still green and looks ok.
 
im having the same problem' im just gonna throw the plant in a pure ro water bucket. home it gets better and then slowly introduce the nutes to the bucket. ill let ya know if it helps.
 
Using CFL's and this plant is my 3rd tallest so actually the middle size. My closest plant is touching the lights (the plastic part of the light and isn't burning)

Straight answer: It's about 2" away.

It's getting worse, I've noticed it's spreading down the plant. It's really bugging me as it doesn't seem to fit into any nutrient problem descriptions.

So glad this isn't effecting the whole crop!

I did that last time I couldn't figure a problem out and the plant recovered wonderfully. However I was hoping I could find the cause of the problem this time so that I don't run into it again,
 
Looks like what my plants doing. The only thing i can think of is a manganese def. But i could b wrong. I got some nutes with manganese n it and it took about 3 sets of leaves before they stayed green and problem free. Hope this helps
