Help Me with Idea

Hello, help on my first grow please

I am setting up a small grow operation, two maybe three plants, i have a box that is approx. 2 feet wide 2 feet deep and 3 feet tall, is this big enough for 3 plants?

Also how many cfl's would i need to grow 3? 2?


I am trying to go as low budget as possible, i got all the things for the box free, and have light sockets available to me free, i have solar panels set up outside for free power and would be happy if i could spend to money at all for the whole length of the grow... possible? If anyone would like to sell me seeds cheap...and i mean CHEAP please tell me.

And finally...how strong would the smell be off of three plants? And is there anyway to eliminate or decrease intensity of the smell?

2x2x3 is pretty small. i guess it depends on what type you plan to grow. i think that would work for a lowryder 2/autoflower sort of thing, you could get 3 or 4 of those little plants going in that space well. i bet a short bushy indica would work nicely in that space as well. HOWEVER - i have a 2x1.5x6 cabinet and although i make it work for one plant by constant bending and training i'm always wishing i had more space. you need a strain that will work in that small space.

I have a space that is a little taller than yours. I've been flowering at 12 or 13 inches to stay within height limits. You might save some room if you use the bags to plant in instead of pots?

i am buying lowryders right now, they should work right?

and how many lamps would it take for 4 of them?

I am planning on lowryder #2 next, so tell us how it goes.

my larger plant is almost as tall as me now. and i'm 5'9. its getting ridiculously tall. and i've got nothing but a few 23w cfls on each one
