help me

im a newb at growing and my plants are looking good there indoor soil ive only used mirical grow and the rest is good ole fashion growing and i was wondering there about maybe a month old and they are kinda punnie and i was gonna ask how can i make em get nice and big there just bagseed so u no pls help if u can much appriciated

Good light - I use HID MH about 12 - 18 " from plant 18/6 (or 14/10 for fems, I've heard). Not sure what "puny' means - mine after 4 weeks are about 7-10 inches tall, showing preflower signs and are bushy. Depends on strian. Temp, ph, humidity all play a facotr. I use FoxFarm Grow big + Superthrive.
How big a grow pot? maybe they need transplant - at 4 weeks mine go into a 5 gal pot w/ great soil

well they are in some tiny pots not to tiny but u no no bigger than a gallon for now but ima trans em today

also seeds can be slower progression

also if they're bagseed there is no garuntee what will happen

I agree with adding more light. If they look otherwise healthy, then you need to add more light.

What type of lighting are you using?

cfls 2 of em 1 14 and another 26 so its just slow for now just introd flower i think ill b ight till i get more for now there really heathy so thats good
