I have been growing a couple plants and one of them is just about at the harvesting point, but the last week or so it has been raining alot, obviously that means im growing outside in dirt, but anyways now that is has stopped raining i have noticed on some of the bottom branches that there are some brown spots on the buds and when i touch it, it crumbles and falls off the bud. Anyone ever had this problem, is it just mud that got on the plant and when it dried it dried out that part of the bud or is it a fungus?

What can you really do though? Sounded like washing em with water was your best soultion I mean what else is there? Is that what you did?
