Help my newb ass!

I am a super noob grower. Bought my first clone and it is day 3. I moved it into a pot with potting soil, and left it in the rockwool too. I do 18/6. I use one focused Light that puts out 1600 lumens. 100w bulb. Is this ok? Any tips? Thanks!

might be super stoned here, But I not sure what you mean by focused light, and what ever kind of light it is 100watts is not going to cut it for long

I recomend putting the cube in dwc setup google it and learn it its worth it and get better light at www.htgsupply.com hps digital greenhouse if you can affrod it or they have cheaper or more expensive option
