Help! my plant is almost dead!

all the leaves on my vegetative plants are turning yellow, curling around and getting brown crispy spots that crumble when touched like they are burned. However i dont think it is nutrient burn because i have used the same nutrient and methods on my other plants and they are doing fine. Any ideas? Plz help before my plants die!!!!
