did you use a soil with fertalizer already in it? and have you been using that food at full strength? if so you probably gave her a bit of a nute shock. flush once with clean water and she will recover soon, doesnt look too bad.

could also just be that the lower branches havnt been getting enough light. your using floros and the light from those disipates fast, and your plant is tall. so i would say it could be a combination of a few things. water isnt one tho.

As tough as these plants can be, you really have to introduce changes gradually and individually, believe me I learned the hard way. Overwatering is always a newbie concern, too. Always be sure to put an inch or so of gravel/stones at the bottom of the pot and that will help when you do overwater. Do things in stages......tranplant, let it recover 2/3 days, then introduce your nutes. And if it has never tasted the nutes before, cut the dose by half at least and maybe a bit more. Work your way up to full strength, and SLOWLY. The best buds result from patience more than strain sometimes!! Change light cycles while the plant is stable, not after just introducing nutes, transplanting, etc. You'll notice a lot of growers referring to their "babies", there's more than one reason for that.....
