HELP!!! I am a new grower and I am in week 5 of flowering stage. I cut the fan leaves and left it pretty bare. The buds are there but the ground stays wet for stay and the buds are not growing as big as I thought:-( I was doing good but I think I put too much nutrients. Is there any way to fix that. I think I should be watering every 4 to 5 days but it is still wet! The leaves are brown and flakey but there are new green leaves growing in. IS MY PLANT DONE:-(HELP:-)

Damn! That sucks! Do you got pics? What are you growing in? If you're wet it's either that your medium is holding too much moisture or the plant isn't drinking, or both. Stunted growth can happen if you cut too much off and that would explain drinking less.

You took off it's solar panels that create energy for the plants to grow. Lesson learned.

Yup took the fans too early. Just water no nutes and wait for it to dry. Put a fan low so it can help dry the floor out you don’t want mold. Feed very diluted if at all. N when she gets back to work remember what u did. I’m at week six n haven’t took fans yet and won’t till week 7. Just to left the buds get a good amount of light for the finish. Patience bro.

Oh wow that is what I thought!! The buds are small should I continue? They look and smell good but are small. Thank you so so much that makes total sense now that you say it!

Man I read to take them off to let light in. But I took them all off :-( Yikes. Man I am so. Bumbed because the plants were so so good until I did that. Oh and I am a girl lol

The size of your buds are not what you gotta watch unfortunately. First they should look like they are sugar coated before you even think about the end. And then ur still a couple weeks out at the least. Just slow down. Don’t get impatient now. You worked your way this far, you can make it miss. (: oops sorry bout that.

Post some pics of the damage please. Like others have said you cut off the way the plant feeds itself so it will have issues but pics will show us what is left. What is your RH?

Remember this, they will change colors just like trees in the fall. Meaning leaves changing colors and when you look through a scope the resin will look foggy. Then ur close... you can take em then or wait a Lil longer till the majority have changed to a amber color.

Ouch. Don't be embarrassed, just learn from it. There are lots of leaves there but they are dead, there are bigger issues going on here than you trimming leaves.

Dry it smoke it and start fresh. You were close, don’t let this slow you down. Only cut off the dead leaves now. Trim it after it dries for a week hanging.
