Help! My plants dying from overwatering

So my plant had been sitting in wet soil for about a week before I noticed light green leaves then tried to diagnose thought it was a nutrient problem then realized it was overwatering then I put a fan on all of them and they got wind burn this seemed to speed up overwatering on all of them now they’re dying quick how can I bring her back to life? I poked some holes in the cup and she’s sitting on a window

This is her she’s still alive but severely damaged think she’ll make it to Sunday? I got a product coming in mail that can help her

U sure it’s a pgr a commenter said it revived their plant she’s still alive looked this way since Monday so she’s a fighter the product is atomic bloomz on Amazon

Their gone thing doesn’t come till Monday if they last till then I’ll spray them and see but ones just dead stem got wrinkly and leaves got a bit dry I threw some hydrogen peroxide mixed with water on them for extra oxygen and started 2 more seeds anyone grow a plant from start at the beginning of June how much u yield if u did?
