Help! Need solutions to heat :)

my temps was reaching 40 degrees every cycle i had the light on, and recently i just installed my new 4 inch exhaust fan, with the ducting pipe to my front window. the temps have droped to 31 degrees is this oki? if not i wasnt sure if using my exhaust fan as a intake insted because itl b sucking fresh cool air straight into my grow area. will that make a difference ? need some help people lol

I am assuming that you are talking Celcius which is about 87 F I believe. If you are vegging that should be ok, you will want to lower it during flower though. Have you considered running your lights on at night and off during the day? That is the easiest way to lower temps fast.

yes my temp right now is 88 f, and ther sprouts at the moment. but i wasnt sure if i swapped my exhaust fan for an intake and intake cold air from outside would that be better or should i just stick with exhausting the air out?
