Plant is a few weeks into flowing and switched to bloom nutes. Upper leaves and new growth are showing yellow/brown spots that start at the edge/veins and slowly cover the whole leaf. I have been careful to give my plants the proper pH and to not give them to much nutes. Please help!

I would check for spider mites on the bottom of the leaves, based on the fact that they seem to prefer hanging out at the top of the plant and feeding on newer growth. If you see any webbing, that's a dead giveaway.

That is a calcium deficiency 100%, what you need to do is foliar feed a calcium solution at 2m/L once only and feed the roots at recommended dosage on bottle thereafter, you probably have soft water.

Thank you all for your input, I thought it was calcium deficiency based on pictures on the internet, and I'm glad that you all came to the same conclusion, ordering Cal-Mag from amazon rn. :)
