He means what kind of soil are you using.

And yeah, all you can really do is sit it out and make sure you don't stress them any other ways

ah right!! were using biobizz mix with bio grow an bio bloom! i changed the lights around last night after the plants looked terrible!!put it back on the blue light an this morning they seemed to have picked up! could it of been putting the red light on for too long would cause the plants to droop like to much heat or do you think its just the shock??? reason why we put the other light on for like 18hours on cause a friend of a friend said the multispectrum (600) light can be used as a replacement for the blue 24 hour one?? and to be honest it was a pain to change the light in the grow room! any advise would be very much appreiated!!

Sounds like heat stress, are the lights air-cooled? How far from the top of the plants? What is your ventilation like? Hit em with a drop of superthrive and a tablespoon of seaweed per gallon, they will pick up.

The light wadls over a meter away but thinknit could of been heat stres we have a fan in the grow room an also a carbon extractor unit! We put them back under our coller blue light for abit they have picked back up!! Soo glad!! Do u guys haveuh experience with prunning ak47??or trimming in anyway?? To get really big buds thanks for the help!
