HELP NEEDED ASAP!! leafs growing out of bud grow slowed big time

Please help, ive 2weeks left of 8week flowering and buds look like they are turning in2 spikey leaves instead of bud. Plants wer lukin very well but last few days leaves cumin out of buds

yeah...not sure what you mean...my buds have spiky leaves...those are called the sugar leaves...it's alright, unless you have something weird, but without pic sounds normal.

Sound completely normal to me as well.

Hav ben checkn lights etc so plants def not goin bak in2 veg.Im growing in dwc/bubblepots and had prob with fungus gnats living in roots last 10 days but all seem to b dead wondering is it sumfin 2do wif these we bastards?Should I chop down now b4 I lose al bud??? Or let finishAnyone wif any idea please help il try get pics up 2nite

Sorry only getting fotos ni people but think i know wat the problem is from researchin on forum. The heat is making them produce leafy buds, also cut down 2 plants early that started producing seeds.

Heat in my tent is usually about 27-29C which has always been sweet on previous strain that i was using, which was church they can take it but started using "Superbud" from "Greenhouse Seeds" which are brilliant and even better yielders than church but cant hack heat.


I know wat problem is, im using 4x600w lights in a 2mx2mx2m tent and heat can sometimes hits 32C, dont hav the coin to downgrade to 4x400w so just gona hav to stick to 3x600w. My last crop was fuckin shiteeeeeeeeeee (well the strains that werent church were) the buds were pathetic no weight just leafy as fuck i now hav learned that if plants are too warm the buds wont put on weight in last 2weeeks even though they doin gr8 in 1st 6weeks with higher heat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Neway gona run wif 3lights seems to be keepin temp around 24-25C which i know i should hav it at but thought the extra light in there would get me more yield, WRONG!!!!!!!!


nebody out there any tips for keeping heat down or anyway of me gettin that fourth light on and keep temp at 24C?????????

Buds are just swollen sex organs surrounded by single bladed leaves, so what is your problem again?

the buds were not forming rite and becoming very leafy but now that temp is down a bit they seem to be doin better

Super bud is fine with heat, as long as you stay below 31c. it can peak at about 34, for a hour or so, but if they are dry, they start to get burns at about 31. but thats if they are bone dry. a hardy plant. i am deffinitly happy, and if i was to recomend a strain for cash croppers this is it. As far as your heat isue, get a powerful exaust fan, some flex duct, and vent it. another possibility is breeding some landrace genetics from a hot climate to the super. im breeding mandala satori to the superbud. Genetics is the key to sucsess indoors. breed to your specifications, and come out with something special thet suits your needs. just like the church was bred to be mold resistand, breed your strain to handle heat like its no problem
