HELP! needed with humidity

hi i'm having problems with humidity.it is up around 70 to 80 %. i know this is nothing to worry about when vegging but can cause mould during budding. i have good airflow in the grow tent but can't seem to lower the humidity. how can i get the humidity down in the room?
