It looks to me like that plant did alot of stretching and then started growing leaf.
Now that you've re potted it, did you move the light as well?
Cuz, it look to me like it's stretching for light once again.
If this is so, then I say put more light in there and bring as close as you can without burning her.

im no expert by any means but the plant just looks alittle shocked, the leaves should return back with some time. As long as only the bottom leaves are yellow you have no worries, just means the plant is focusing its energy on new higher up leaves. On a side note the plant looks really stretched, what lighting ya got goin on? prolly need move it closer to ya plants...

the light is approx 2-3 inches away from the plants its a 125w cfl and it is in the red spectrum not ideal for vedging but it saves me buying 2 lights :)

get some more lights, cfls are cheap, even if ya jsut get 3 15 watts for under $10, that plant is grasping for everything your shinin on it, it obviously needs more.

this is no average cfl it cost me £30 which is equivelant to $50 so it isnt shit and the whole grow area (old pc case) is converted into a reflective grow area so id say for 2 plants thats enough light :)

leave in the new pot till its bone dry. those roots gotta search for water to get stronger in the new place. it will take a few days or more to recover. slice the dead leaves off dude.

Move the light as close as you can, the plants are stretching. 125W CFL won't burn the plant or dry it out unless it touches the leaves and even then it only slightly damages them where there is direct contact for a few hours. Also you need to fill your pots more, give your plants as much depth as possible.
If it is at all possible upgrade to HPS, about £100 for 250W complete set-up but gives out 32000 lumens compared to 7000 for the cfl. HPS makes the buds much denser and adds yield instead of fluffy buds with CFL. I just finished autoflowers under 125W cfl and got an O when dry but buds were very fluffy. Doing the same plants under HPS and already they are taller and much more green volume to the buds.

How hot does it get in that box? The first grow I attempted looked like that. I soon realized that it was 98*F in the box. Ventilation? Humidity?
