Help!! New cuts came in 1L pots of coco

I’m hoping to use pebbles only in flood and drain system and start them in rockwool cubes but they guy I get my clones off has gave them me in 1L pots of coco. What can I do ? I do not want to run coco through my system really

Put the root ball in a bucket of water and gently break the coco away. A little stuck on the roots won't hurt anything I've done it quite a few times.

would u put It into a piece Of rockwool after?

No just the hydroton. Fill the pot up like 2/3 with the pebbles then spread the roots out flat and fill the rest up.
