Help new grower, leafs are clawing down, some are turning brown/yellow

I got 2 clones about two weeks ago, I put them in my grow tent and I think I didn't have enough air circulation and I think they got overheated. I fully opened my tent and have been watching them for about a week. The leafs are clawing and now some are turning light green to yellow and some brown. I also thought I've might of been over watering them or planted them into too big of containers (2 gal smart pots) so I've been cutting back on water. They are still growing but the leaves grow in curved. I grow indoors I'm using Senei soil which I think is live soil, The PH of the water run off is 6.5 and the ph of the soil is 7 I've also been using tap water and PH downing it to around 6.5 (tap water comes out around 7ish). Any ideas on what I should do going forward.

I've been watering 2-3 days, The top is currently dry but about inch down is still moist. I was watering them till i see a little run off but they started this curling so I've cut back on the amount of water.

I'd raise your light up a bit until they start to improve-more light just makes these problems worse. Honestly, your plant is in a downward spiral and might not survive. Did the clone look like this when you got it two weeks ago, or is this purely due to your care? I'd head over to growweedeasy.com, and set your tent up according to the basic instructions there-focus on temps/rh, ventilation, proper light distance, and then read up on watering habits. It's very possible that these were over watered at one time. Copy someone's nutrient schedule who has a successful grow and practice watering/feeding properly. You might have to start over.

No they were normal looking when I got them, Thanks for the information I wasn't sure if I could save them or not. I think I might restart over with some new ones and get my tent fully set up, I'll probably keep the old ones around incase they come back.
