ha, my bad brother. Just giving back as much as I can to our fellow beginners as the pros once did for me lolDamn way to one up my advice lol
About two weeks then start at half strength. And maybe mix in some kelp and earth worm castings to your routine. What kind of lights are they? You can message me if you’d like! They are somewhere between 22-25 inches above the plant. And I will slow down for sure. Probably every other day water that way the next day it do what it needs to and so on. And when do you think I’ll need to add with the soil then if I get the fox farm soil

First thing... relax. Breathe. The plant looks great, but I can tell you're a one of those "gotta fuck with it" type growers that always wants to fuckulate something. The less you do the happier that plant will be.So I have a new plant been growing for about 2 weeks now. Want to know what I am doing wrong if I am. Please help. I’m using a 120 w led light in a grow tent 24x24x48 grow tent. I also Have the fox farm trio nuts. My soil is miracle grow but will be buying fox farm ocean breeze to replace the bad medium. I water 3 times a day 5am, 11am, & 5pm. And 18/6 for my lights. Growing duct tape strain gorilla glue x dosidos
I already told him hes overwatering.First thing... relax. Breathe. The plant looks great, but I can tell you're a one of those "gotta fuck with it" type growers that always wants to fuckulate something. The less you do the happier that plant will be.
This thread being three pages long and no one mentioning you're over-watering your plants should be telling as to how "expert" the advice here so far has been. Three times a day is entirely too much. The plant is fine, it can survive on such a minimal amount of nutrients and water at this state. Please take the time to actually let your plant get DRY and NEED water so that you can recognize what that looks like in the future. Learn to "talk" to your plant. She (hopefully a she) will tell you when she's thirsty.
Now... as for the medium. Miracle grow potting soil is fine. You can grow amazing bud with it. If you plan on flowering the plant in it's current pot, don't change the soil- there is no good reason to disturb that plant. If you plan on transplanting to a larger pot to continue vegging, then just use foxfarm as the soil you transplant into. Miracle Grow potting soils tend to be nitrogen rich, which is why your leaves are that dark shade of green. This is not a problem. The plant will eventually work through the nitrogen in that soil.
As for nutrients... again just relax. Let the plant use what it already has before you start adding anything. To be perfectly clear- you could flower that plant in that soil and only water it and grow great bud. Sure, you can min/max your grow by adding certain nutrients in certain phases-which is a great thing to do if you're an experienced grower who can read and understand what their plants are telling them.... but for now just relax, let the plant grow, and water it every couple days when the soil is actually dry and your plant tells you it's thirsty. If you go adding nutrients at the recommendation of idiots on this forum you're going to stunt your plant.
Come time to flower we can discuss adding nutrients suitable for that phase of the plant's life.
Please be cautious of what you read on here. Most of what you read will be misinformation, bro-science, and stoner myths. I would recommend the youtube channel "weed in a pot" for new growers. There are videos on just about everything you would need to ask, presented by someone who experiments with sound methodology to back up that information.
Yeah he Me told that. The homie said it up there. I’m not gonna water it for a couple of days to see it dry out to know and go from there. I’m also not going to add any nuits like he told me already. Thank you for your advice. I will definitely keep in touch with youFirst thing... relax. Breathe. Thank youI already told him hes overwatering.
My plant looking nice thoThank you
I admittedly didn't make it very far before getting irritated that some of the people in here seem dead-set on "helping" this poor guy kill his plant.
It is, you're doing great. That's why I'm saying just let the plant do its thing and don't get worked up thinking you need to change soils or add nutes. At this point we could only nit-pick little things because the plant looks fine.My plant looking nice tho
Sounds good. I will do what I was told haha.It is, you're doing great. That's why I'm saying just let the plant do its thing and don't get worked up thinking you need to change soils or add nutes. At this point we could only nit-pick little things because the plant looks fine.
One thing I'll add is that all these nutrients are the same in the sense that their base components are the same elements. Any "grow" fertilizer is going to be nitrogen heavy, regardless of brand. Any "bloom" fertilizer is going to be PK heavy. What brand you buy is not relevant, it's just marketing bullshit. Foxfarm, humbolt, GH, it's all essentially the same stuff in different packages.
Wait so out of the 3 that I have which ones should I actually use? Cuz that’s what I’m confused on. The timing to use them and the amount of water to add with it. Doing the ph and cal-mag I’m not sure about all those that’s why I posted this thread and to see if I’m doing good at this point. . The 2 big leaves (not with any fingers) look really thin so it had me worried I was doing something wrongIt is, you're doing great. If I were growing a plant in Miracle Grow (which I've done) I'd just water it and then add a "bloom" fertilizer shortly into flower, then again late into flower (a few weeks before harvest).
I think this will make more sense as you become more familiar with what's in fertilizers, and what your plant needs as it matures.Wait so out of the 3 that I have which ones should I actually use? Try reading all the posts, new member, maybe you wouldn’t complain about things that were already said. Thanks for your YouTube videosThank you
