Help- New grower

This is my first grow, I don't know the strain as the plant was given to me by a friend for free. The temp in my room is about 85 (I know that's hot) the humidity in the room is 60%, my light is a 400w HPS. I was planning to grow some Femm'd seeds I purchased but this plant was free and I thought itd be a good test run for my new room. Is this heat stress? some deficiency? the symptoms are Yellowing tips and yellow spots on many leaves and I'm not sure but I think the growth is stunted. I dunno what else to put so if you need to know anything else please ask.

It's a nutrition burn, what kind of soil/nutes are you using.

I believe your plant show signs of heat damage and besides that, some leaves got the point burned; this might be due to ph level fluctuation or overfert. Check your ph and decrease heat.

check pic #2 , heat damage too

Im using fox farm Ocean forrest soil and fox farm Big Bloom, but I havent used the Big bloom in a few waterings

ph levels ? any ppm or Ec reading ?

Ph says 6.8, I dont have ppm or Ec.

If its heat stress and I manage to reduce the heat (Im having troubles with that) will those leaves affected heal?
