no no, obi kron probably didnt notice, but during late veg early flower theres no doubt you will exceed over 1000ppm with the use of any nutrients, most companies will take you to 2000ppm but you shouldnt take they;'re word for it, they want you to use more nutes and buy more, as for clones and sprouts we all have our methods. let me share you my method, i have very clean tap water less than 40ppm, many people who own Reverse osmosis systems have 0ppm, with water like this it is good to add 100-150ppm worth of calmag, never anything higher than 200-250. now for me i start in 1in RW cubes, between adding cal-mag i throw in some thrive alive and maybe root 66, including everything like i said no more than 250ppm, i know people who have tap water that comes out higher and they are just fine, with this method i never get leaves of clones go yellow, and just a general overal healthy clone or seedling. on another note, its not about ppm, its about exactly whats in your nutrients, higher nitrogen solutions will be used for vegging and higher potash in flower, some strains cant even handle 1000ppm at the height of flowering and some can eat like pigs, after a while with a strain you will know exactly what she wants when she wants it, your dead on about 1/4 strength, but if you dont have the experience just stick to plain water for clones and seedlings, i just told you all the stuff i put into my water, well these are additives, not standard fertilizers, these have very little nutritional value compared to a standard growth fertilizer, are ya still with me?
