Help Outdoor/Indoor Grow Weirdness

I Started these plants outdoors from seeds in late august.View attachment 1196410
I brought them in a couple nights ago and put each one in its own pot

They never had nutes and are on a light timer cycle of 18/6 As of yesterday they were on 16/8.

Both plants have little pistils on the TOP nowhere else? what does that mean? any help would be appreciated.
Also they are I know for sure a month old. Even if they don't look like it they are.
They are both about 6-8 Inches give or take.

Any help would be nice

how much light were they getting outdoor when you had them out in august?.
if it was 12 hours or less then a recon thats why its gone into flower.

if i was you, id keep it indoors and grow under a light to veg them again.
