Help: Overwatering?

Hey Guys,
Have a problem, think I know what it is, but I want to make sure. Leaves are drooping and "clawing." Im guessing it is over watering...here are some pics.

To correct, just don't water until the soil is dry correct?

Thanks for the help!

Sweet, first time grow, everything is going great.

My Fox Farm nuts came a few days ago and got impatient and I watered it last night, then this happened. All the right symptoms of over watering.

Any tricks to speed up the drying out process?

Just leave it to dry out for a couple days. That's all you can really do.

The topsoil needs to dry out about an inch below the surface before the next lot of water.

That was the rule of thumb I used, but I wanted to get the new nuts into the soil...apparently it was wayyyyy too early.

Thanks for the help guys

I wait until the pots are at least 3/4 dry down to the bottom. The pot feels alarmingly light then. Like "oops" I better water. And the lower leaves are just showing signs of thirst.

Much drier than I thought when I started.

I wait for the leaves to sag a bit. Not a big droop, just a little "I'm thirsty" sag. Same rule for nutrients, wait til they ask for it. Except for magnesium, I hammer 'em with that, they never get enough!
