help plant dieing!?

hey guys i need help. my plant is looking droopy and sad, any1 know why this might be? i only have 1 cfl on it, its been on 24/7. its been getting plenty of water tho. my friend who gave me the plant had been watering it with tap water, which has bleach and shit in it, i only yesterday got ahold of some filtered water, but its got quite a bit of water in the pot so i dont want to over water it. so what you guys think? is it from using bad water? or is it maybe something else. and if so, should i try to just add the good water and try to flush out all the bad water? or should i just wait?

What kind of soil are you using? How close is your cfl? what kind of climate are you keeping it in? and you shouldnt be running your light 24/7.

need more info, but I would wait for the water to dry up before adding any more, could be over watered already. and it's alway better to add more lights.

yeah it could be over watered. im trying to get another socket so i can put another light in there. not sure what kind of soil it is, im going to try and get some new soil pretty soon tho. my cfl is about 5 inches away from the plant, but for now im letting it dry in my window sill to try and evaporate some of the water. its growing in a box, about 2' wide 1.5' deep, 2.5' tall.

sorry, one more thing guys, if u can tell by the pics, is it looking really unhealthy to you guys? i mean ive never grown before so i dont know, but how unhealthy does it really look?

ok thanks alot, im pretty sure thats what it was, ill try cutting back on the water and let it dry out a bit and see how that goes.
