Two 42w CFL's are plenty for vegative growth. If it wasn't there wouldn't be as much growth already at 12 days old.

Yeah, the 2 42Watts is enough light for it right now.
And anyway tomorrow I'm adding 2 more 26W bulbs.

...SM knows what he is talk'n bout' bud......no Miracle Grow...LOL, never, ever, never, never! LOL ...I suppose as long as your get'n the growth your look'n for from your dim lights, that's all that matters. But, when you want a real grow get you a HID (MH) and use for your veg. Flos for you seedlings/cuttings in preveg....and ofcourse (HPS) for you bloom. Good Luck.

looks like overwatering....but not even that bad. sounds like you have about 3gal pot, the same as i do. my plants are similar in size and stature. i water about every 4-5 days and they're under 2 1000wt lights, so your definately watering too much if they are under cfls. your not giving them enough time to dry out.
