Help Plant dying! Is it the heat or humidity?

85 is warm but have you started feeding. Do you have drainage in that cup?
If you look at the leaves from the vein, running up the center of the leave, to the sides it's forming a v. That's some stress, maybe from heat? They're also curled down some, that's stress also, maybe over watering? The newest growth, up the vein from the stem of the leaf to the end is bent, stress again, maybe over fed?
I'd raise the light some & let her dry out! Don't feed next couple waterings, if your in soil, then start back feeding less.
Or I could be completely wrong! If I am, some one will call me out & you'll benefit from my post that way! Good luck!

Yea there’s holes at the button and in my grow box it used to get pretty hot 80s and up even up to the 90s and sometimes 100.
My plants used to look healthy like a week ago the picture down below is how it used to look
Btw my plant is 2 weeks old

You need to let it dry more between watering. I've had the same issue in solos. When they're small they really don't need much water, I'm willing to bet if you transplanted right now you wouldn't see much for roots.

You have to get the temps under control. 90 to a hundred is not going to work well

Overwateted.

I know for a fact there not over watered each time I came back from work the soil was dry 1 inch or more down
As well as the leaves feel dry to the touch

Definitely overwatered, potentially a little heavily fed, and it’s also probably stressed from heat and/or light intensity.

But was it dry all the way down? Don't stick your finger in, a better method is picking it up and feeling the weight.
Don't water until it feels substantially lighter.

Such certain are we? Experience much have you?

Are you in soil or coco? If you used the term soil accurately, and you are watering every day in a solo cup, well........

Those leaves scream over watered. They are puffy from all the water in the cells. But ok,

If you are growing in coco, then you can water more frequently because the medium is more tolerant and lets the roots get oxygen even with frequent waterings.

But if you are in soil, and it stays wet, you will kill the fine hairs on the roots and rot will set in. Eventually the plant will develop club foot and you might as well eat it right there.

Try this. When you are ready to water tomorrow, pop the plant/soil/rootball out of the cup and feel the soil at the bottom of the cup as though you were going to xplant; it won't hurt the plant. Also look for roots down there. If the cup is heavy, and the soil is moist, you are killing your plants with water. You should also see plenty of white healthy roots at the edge of the soil.

Ok so here’s what I did to fix some of the problems

First the heat, I fixed it,the temps im getting right now is 70s-80s. Second the pot, I transplanted my plant Into a 1 gallon pot and the roots did look white and healthy. Now the watering, I think I fucked up with this one. My pot was still moist and didn’t seem dry so I transplanted my plant into it and I thought it was a good idea to give my plants it’s first week of nutes even tho the pot still seemed moist and I think I gave my plant a little to much water.

Just because the soil on top is dry doesn't mean the soil at the bottom is. That is the problem. They're not enough roots to soak up that water down there. By the time the roots get down to that water to oxygen has been depleted and he plant can't take it as fast. Transpiration slows. Leaves curl. Deficiencies start. Just One Look at your pics and it's obvious to anyone what the problem is and what you've done. Because we've all done it.
