3rd week into flower maybe.

I'm going to say this its not entirely unbelievable to be as tall given the lack of light you have. Sadly it would have done much better if you had some wattage in there with a good spectrum.

Lol 3 days old. I guess people have different definitions of day 1. I've never had a plant start flowering 2 weeks in, you're doing something wrong and your poor lighting isn't helping.
